I swear every time I go on Scott looking for the one thing I actually want, it’s either out of stock or says it’s not available near me. The last time I checked, I remember because I was eating a weirdly dry blueberry muffin at my desk, and yep, same thing again. It’s frustrating to see products listed if there’s no way to actually buy them. I finally gave up and bought another brand because I was tired of constantly checking back

Overall, it works fine for us and gets the job done. I do notice a bit of lint and tiny residue here and there, but it’s not a dealbreaker or anything, if that makes sense. I’d still buy it again

Customer service wasn’t rude or anything, but they took a few days to get back to me, which was annoying for my issue. I feel like whoever was handling my case could’ve been a bit more on top of it.

i mean, I’ve been using Scott towels from scottbrand.com for a bit now, and the wet strength is decent. They don’t start falling apart the second they get wet, which is helpful when I’m wiping down counters or cleaning up smaller spills.

If something is really soaked, I usually still end up grabbing a second sheet, so they’re not perfect. But compared to a few others I’ve tried, they hold up better overall. Shipping was fine too. I’d give them 4 stars because they’re reliable, just not exactly amazing

I wanted to like it, but... it just felt really scratchy on my skin. After using it for a short time, my skin started feeling sore, so yeah, not very comfortable for me.

I bought these Scott rolls for our bathroom dispenser, and they seem to fit well. I did have to adjust it once, so I wasn’t totally sure at first, but it’s working okay now.

These rolls feel kinda smaller lately and we go through them so fast now. They’re not terrible or anything, but I thought they’d last a bit longer in our house.

I swear these rolls feel smaller than they used to. In my house, they run out so fast, like really really fast, and I’m replacing them way more often than expected.

Am I the only one who found these not nearly as flushable as they claim? They clogged my toilet twice, i’m not going to buy them again

I pop onto scottbrand.com every now and then to see if there are any coupons, it’s a little hit or miss. Sometimes there’s one available and it saves me a bit, which is nice, but other times there’s just not much going on. The site itself is easy enough to get around, no real complaints there. I just wish they’d refresh the coupons more often. Overall, it’s fine, not amazing, but not useless either

These paper towels are okay, but I wouldn’t call them super tough or anything. I’ve been using them for basic stuff like wiping the counter, cleaning up a small drink spill, or drying my hands, and for that kind of thing they work fine. The problem is once they get really wet, they start to tear easily, especially if you’re trying to scrub even a little bit. I kind of expected them to hold up better, so that was a little disappointing. They’re not awful, and I’m definitely still using the roll because they’re good enough for quick, light messes, but I wouldn’t grab these for anything bigger or messier. For the price, I’d say they’re just average.

I ran into an issue with my order and reached out hoping it would be a straightforward replacement or refund. Customer service did get back to me, but i expected the process to be quicker and easier. I had to repeat the same details more than once, and the replacement ended up taking longer than I thought it would. The refund option also wasn’t explained very clearly. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for something I assumed would be simple, it was more frustrating than it needed to be

The product itself seems okay, but the box showed up banged up from shipping. I was a little worried I’d end up having to deal with a return or lose out on what I paid for, so that wasn’t a great first impression.

I checked it pretty much right away because I was curious, and yep, the rolls had the number of sheets they claimed. No issues on my end.

I’ve been using Scott toilet paper for a while now, and I will say it does seem to last a long time, which is definitely a plus.

That said, I’m kind of on the fence about it because it feels thin compared to some other brands. I sometimes end up using more than I meant to, so I’m not totally sure how much I’m really saving.

It’s not bad, but it’s also not my favorite. I’d probably say it’s fine if you care more about the roll lasting longer than having something soft or thicker...

I was trying to place an order and the checkout just kept freezing on me. Then I had to type all my info in again, twice actually, which was super frustrating. I thought maybe it was my connection, but everything else was working fine. Anyway, the order still never went through, so I just gave up. Annoying experience overall.

I really like these select-a-size rolls. They’re just so handy for this and that around the house, and I don’t feel like I’m wasting a whole sheet every time.

The sheets rip all weird now and basically never tear cleanly anymore. Idk what changed, but it’s super annoying tbh.
